The Haryana government launched the Haryana Overseas Placement Portal (HOPP) for job seekers, who can apply for foreign employment with this platform if they are interested in working overseas.

Haryana Overseas Placement Portal – For the advantage of Haryana’s citizens, the Haryana government has launched the Overseas Placement Portal (HOPP). Through this portal, job applicants can apply at hoppfcd.haryana.gov.in, the Haryana Overseas Placement Portal, and submit online applications for the positions that different overseas employers and recruiters are offering.

Haryana Overseas Placement Portal Notification 2024

The Foreign Cooperation Department (HOPP) was launched by the Haryana government in 2020 with the aim of creating global relationships on a bilateral and multilateral level while assisting and enabling foreign companies by means of the “Go-Global Approach.”

The socioeconomic health of the State and its citizens by help with overseas posts and skill upgrades is one of the Department’s roles. An foreign Placement Cell under the Foreign Cooperation Department has been developed to help the Haryanvi Youth with foreign posts and to facilitate the same.

Haryana Overseas Placement Portal 2024 Overview

The government of Haryana launched the Foreign Cooperation Department (HOPP) in 2020 with the objective to promote bilateral and multilateral partnerships while aiding and abetting foreign businesses by the application of the “Go-Global Approach.”

One of the Department’s responsibilities is to promote the socioeconomic well-being of the State and the citizens by helping with abroad postings and skill upgrades. The abroad Cooperation Department established a Foreign Placement Cell to assist and arrange abroad postings for Haryanvi youth.

Haryana Overseas Placement Portal (HOPP) Functions

The following tasks were recently given to the Haryana Overseas Placement Cell:

• To develop strategies to promote overseas placement opportunities for the youth of Haryana.
• To identify potential employers and new employment opportunities for the youth of Haryana in different countries under the Department of Foreign Cooperation.
• To coordinate training of administrative and soft skills of youth with the help of Shri Vishwakarma Skill University (SVSU), Haryana Skill Development Mission (HSDM) and other relevant institutions of Haryana for appropriate sector and soft skills of youth.
• Linking employers to government departments for trained human resources in designated areas such as IT, agriculture, education, etc.
• To train youth with appropriate domain expertise and soft skills.
• The cell will coordinate with recognized foreign placement agencies to place any type of trained and skilled candidates.
• The Overseas Placement Cell has also been given the responsibility to develop and maintain the Haryana Overseas Placement Portal (HOPP).

How To Registration At The Haryana Overseas Placement Portal

Follow these steps to apply for various foreign jobs through the Haryana Overseas Placement Portal:

• Step-1: Click on the HOPP Registration and Apply Online Link given below or visit the website
• Step-2: Click on the Job Seeker- Apply Online button on the home page of the HOPP Portal.
• Step-3: Here you will see the list of current openings for which you can apply.
• Step-4: Select the job for which you want to apply and click on the “Apply Online” button in front of it.
• Step-5: If you already have an account, then login by entering your mobile number.
• Step-6: If you are not already registered, then click on the Register Now button and complete the registrtion process.
• Step-7: After Login, you can complete the application form to apply for a foreign job through the Haryana Overseas Placement Portal.
